Zane is a former professional soldier who has served in the special forces of Ukraine’s marine infantry, where threats are real and decisions have to be made quickly but carefully. The same mindset guides his information security work today: first a clear picture of the situation, then the actions that matter most.

At Foregon, Zane works on technical security and risk management. He finds out what is visible about a company from the outside, what an attacker would grab first and what it would mean for the business. His strengths also include security leadership and training staff.

You typically work with Zane when you want to know which risks to tackle first, when staff need training to spot scams, or when management wants to practise acting in a crisis. He turns complex risks into clear actions that even a small company can carry out.

Oskari is a former police officer and an information and communications technology engineer by training, specialising in networks and cyber security. He has worked in the private and public sectors as a technical security analyst and an information security manager.

At Foregon, Oskari focuses on technical security and how it is led: the settings of Microsoft 365 and cloud environments, networks and devices. He knows what ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS2 require of how information security is led, and his experience as a security manager in demanding environments shows in solutions that work in everyday life and do not stay on paper.

You typically work with Oskari when cloud services need to be put in order, when a customer or NIS2 requires proof of how security is managed, or when you need an outsourced security officer.

Moona is Foregon’s data protection specialist and Data Protection Officer. Moona is responsible for the compliance of Foregon’s operations and has wide experience of development and management roles in various industries.

Moona knows legal questions from practice, both at a law firm and as a service manager in a wellbeing services county. That experience gives a strong foundation for interpreting regulation and requirements so that they turn into clear, practical steps.

You typically work with Moona when you want to make sure personal data is handled in line with data protection law, when you need a privacy notice, a data processing agreement or a record of processing activities, or when new regulation has to be turned into everyday steps for your own company.
